If you’re looking for the perfect lawn in Savannah, Georgia, there’s no better choice than Zeon and Zenith Zoysia sod grass—installed professionally by Savannah’s Landscaping Services. Zoysia Sod Installation is known for its lush appearance, low maintenance needs, and incredible durability. Zoysia grasses are quickly becoming the go-to solution for homeowners who want beauty without the constant upkeep.

Why Choose Zeon Zoysia Sod?

Zeon Zoysia is often called the “barefoot grass” for its soft, fine texture and thick carpet-like growth. With a dynamic Zoysia Sod Installation, this premium sod thrives in Savannah’s climate, offering:

Dense Growth – Naturally chokes out weeds without heavy chemical use.
Soft Texture – A barefoot-friendly lawn that feels like luxury under your feet.
Heat & Drought Tolerance – Perfect for hot Georgia summers, with less watering than fescue or Bermuda.
Shade Adaptability – Performs well in partially shaded yards where other grasses struggle.

If you want a low-maintenance, high-end lawn that turns heads, Zeon Zoysia is the gold standard.

Why Choose Zenith Zoysia Sod?

Zenith Zoysia combines beauty with practicality, making it ideal for families and active outdoor spaces. The key to a successful Zoysia Sod Installation with Zenith lies in its key benefits that include:

Durability – Handles heavy foot traffic, pets, and kids without losing its lush look.
Sun & Shade Balance – Versatile enough for full sun and moderate shade areas.
Early Green-Up – Recovers faster from winter dormancy, giving you a greener lawn sooner.
Low Maintenance – Requires less mowing and fertilization compared to other grasses.

Zenith is a smart choice for homeowners who want strength, resilience, and year-round curb appeal.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Relieved to have found a landscaping company that was not only responsive, but prompt to complete the job. The owner was personable and honest. Approximately 5 months after the purchasing of my new home, hurricane Irene hit and caused a large amount of water to flow into the part of the house that sits lower. SLS recommended installing a French drain. The installation required cutting through the cement pavement and digging approximately 300 feet to the lowest part of the yard. The installation was started within a week of receiving the quote. The entire job took less than 48 hours to complete. Once the grass regrows, I am sure you won't even be able to tell where it was installed. Anxious to see the effectiveness of the French drain after a big rain storm.

I also had questions about mulch versus pine needles, and had issues with making a payment through their website. The owner was very accommodating and added the cost to the original quote instead. The pine needles were delivered and installed at the completion of the original job.

I have a couple of other projects in mind and will definitely be reaching out in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you for installing the channel drain. Last Friday night almost 3" of rain fell in a short period of time and while the drain was overwhelmed, and the water rose alarmingly close to the bottom of my courtyard door, it did not overwhelm the threshold. When the rain slowed for a bit, the water drained enough so that when it came roaring back the level was close enough to the ground that it wasn't in danger of breaching again. Without that drain my house would have flooded. Thank you for your good work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tomeco has been absolutely amazing! Last year he installed French drains on our property because we were dealing with major flooding. Every time it rained the yard was out of commission for a week… now by the next day the yard it’s dried out. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy our yard again. Recently I needed some repairs done to my irrigation system and I called him up he came out quickly and helped me out for a very reasonable price. Responsive, honest, knowledgeable and fair! Highly recommend!
